Please read these Terms carefully before using u9999. By registering an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
These Terms apply to all users of the u9999 platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who interacts with any part of the platform's services. By continuing to use u9999 after any amendment to these Terms has been published, you accept the revised Terms in their entirety.
u9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1Eligibility
To register and use u9999, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. u9999 strictly prohibits access to or use of its platform by individuals under the age of 21.
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information. Any deliberate falsification of personal data will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on u9999 or have an active account suspension or ban at the time of registration.
2Account Registration & Management
Each individual may hold only one registered account on u9999. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.
- Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. u9999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a Player's failure to secure their account details.
- Account verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal. Players must submit valid government-issued identification documents upon request. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension.
- u9999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: proof of identity, proof of address, and source of funds documentation.
- Players must promptly notify u9999 of any changes to their registered personal details, including mobile number and email address. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay or suspend withdrawal processing.
- Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be subject to a dormancy fee or administrative closure. Players will be notified prior to any such action.
3Deposits
u9999 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however u9999 reserves the right to impose limits on individual accounts at its discretion.
- All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned to the originating account minus any applicable transaction fees.
- u9999 does not charge fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. For international card deposits, processing fees imposed by the card issuer may apply and are outside of u9999's control.
- u9999 reserves the right to reverse or void a deposit if it is found to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Platform is not obligated to provide advance notice.
4Withdrawals
Withdrawals at u9999 are processed in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed. Players who have not completed verification will have their withdrawal request held pending until verification is finalised.
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days. u9999 does not guarantee specific processing times during periods of high demand or technical maintenance.
- Withdrawals must be made to a payment method held in the same name as the registered u9999 account. u9999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- u9999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal request. This includes but is not limited to: photo ID, utility bills, and screenshots of payment method ownership.
5Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers at u9999 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:
- Bonuses are awarded at u9999's sole discretion. Players are not entitled to demand a bonus or promotion not expressly offered to their account.
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
- u9999 reserves the right to void a bonus and any winnings derived from it if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on both sides of a bet to guarantee a win, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting platform errors.
- Free spins are valued at a fixed amount per spin as stated in the applicable promotion. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement published alongside the offer.
- Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses via different accounts from the same household constitute a violation of these Terms.
6Gameplay Rules & Conduct
All games on u9999 are governed by their individual game rules as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between general terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail. The following general conduct rules apply to all Players at all times:
- Players must accept all game outcomes as final. Disputes regarding game results must be raised with u9999 support within 48 hours of the relevant session.
- In the event of a technical malfunction or platform error that affects a game in progress, u9999 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore Player balances to their state prior to the error.
- Betting limits apply to all games. Minimum and maximum bet sizes per game or per market are displayed within the game interface and may change without prior notice.
- u9999 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all non-live games to ensure fair and random outcomes. Live dealer games use physical dealing equipment overseen by independent operators.
7Responsible Gaming
u9999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. The following tools and policies are available to all registered Players:
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account via the account settings panel. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Time-out: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks via u9999 support. During a time-out, the account will be inaccessible for login, deposit, or gameplay.
- Self-exclusion: Players who wish to permanently stop gambling at u9999 may request self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is a permanent measure and cannot be reversed. Pending balances will be paid out following the completion of outstanding KYC requirements.
- u9999 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and any winnings voided. Deposits will be returned to the originating payment method where possible.
8Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited at u9999 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable referral to relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets, or circumvent game mechanics.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or processing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity through the platform.
- Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including but not limited to circumventing a self-exclusion, claiming duplicate bonuses, or evading a ban.
- Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in the platform that results in an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a platform error will be voided and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.
- Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information at registration or during any KYC or verification process.
9Intellectual Property
All content on the u9999 platform, including but not limited to: software, game graphics, game audio, interface design, text, logos, trademarks, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of u9999 or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, reverse engineered, or modified without the express prior written consent of u9999. Unauthorised use of any u9999 intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.
10Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, u9999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.
u9999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11Suspension & Termination
u9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited activities listed in Section 8.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment fraud, identity fraud, or collusion.
- A Player's voluntary request to close their account, including a self-exclusion request. Account closure requests must be submitted in writing to u9999 support.
12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through u9999's internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Players are encouraged to contact u9999 support in the first instance and allow up to 10 business days for a formal response before escalating any dispute.
13Amendments to These Terms
u9999 may amend these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a specific future effective date is stated. It is the Player's responsibility to check these Terms regularly. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting u9999 support.
